Provide When Ordering
-Account number if known
-Authorized purchase order number or person's name
-Product title, ISBN, and copyright
-Exact quantity of each product you wish to order
-Complete bill-to and ship-to address
-Special billing and shipping instructions clearly marked
-Telephone number and name of contact person

-Qualified orders from teachers, schools, and libraries are entitled to a 25% discount, regardless of quantity. Orders shipped to a residential address are not eligible for this discount. All orders must include a purchase order number or person's name. Terms are net 30 days. Prices are f.o.b. Tinley Park, IL and are subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax
-State and local taxes will be added where applicable.

-The exact shipping charge is prepaid and added to your invoice. Shipments are made via UPS or common carrier. Library rate is used only when specifically requested by an eligible institution. We do not provide insurance for shipments made by the Postal Service and do not replace lost items valued at more than $100.

Desk Copies
-When you adopt a textbook for classroom use and order 20 or more copies at one time, a free desk copy of the textbook, teacher's edition, or teacher's resource may be included with your initial order, upon request.

Older Editions
-To check on the availability and price of older editions to fill classroom sets, call customer service at 800.323.0440 or e-mail custserv@g-w.com.

-Goodheart-Willcox products must be satisfactory in every way or they may be returned for replacement, credit or refund. All damaged, defective or incorrect items, prices, or quantities must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery.

- All returns must be received within 12 months of invoice in new, saleable condition. Send prepaid to our Tinley Park address and enclose a copy of the original invoice in each carton returned. Customer is responsible for losses en route to us.
