FAQs › As an instructor with a Classroom Subscription, can I change the shared account username and password?
If you are an instructor with a Classroom Subscription, you can request a change to the shared account's username and/or password.
Please use the Send Your Consultant a Message form to get in touch with your Educational Consultant.
Enter your information in the provided fields (fields with * are required). Please include your current classroom username and preferred new username and password in the Comments/Questions area.
Select Submit.
Your G-W Customer Service Representative will contact you to verify that you have the proper credentials to request the change.
Upon verification, we will change the shared account's username and/or password and notify you that the change has been made.
