FAQ list > I registered for an account, why am I unable to access it?

Upon registering for an account, the G-W Online system sends a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you used when registering. The confirmation e-mail contains a link to activate your account. If you do not confirm/activate your account within 7 days of registering, the system automatically deletes it.
If you believe that your account was deleted due to lack of confirmation, please register for a new account and confirm it as soon as possible within the 7 day period.
