FAQ list > My license of The Games Factory 2 has expired. How do I renew?

To renew your license of The Games Factory 2, you will need to submit a new license request from Clickteam. The license request form is located within your Online Instructor's Resources bookshelf.
After filling out the form, select Send This Form to submit your software registration. Clickteam will respond to the e-mail address you provided with further download instructions for the software. Please allow 5 business days for this response.
Under Windows Vista, when The Games Factory 2 is installed under the Administrator account and run under a limited account (the student account), an error message is returned indicating that the license has expired (timed out) before the 12 months has elapsed. This occurs the first time The Games Factory 2 is used under the limited account.
If this is the case, please download and install The Games Factory 2 patch software from our All Video Game Design Software Downloads page to update the software.
