> How do I view the Item Analysis Report for a quiz?

The Item Analysis Report provides processed quiz data in a way suitable for analyzing and judging the performance of each question. The report tells you what percentage of students selected each answer and other statistical information.

Select the Quizzes link from the Course Menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

Select the Attempts link that corresponds to the assessment you would like the Item Analysis Report for.

Select Item analysis to view the Item Analysis Table.

Select the blue question mark next to the Item Analysis Table heading if you would like to learn more about the Item Analysis calculations.

Use the Attempts to analyze per user drop-down at the bottom of the page to adjust which user attempts (all attempts, highest grade, first attempt, last attempt) are analyzed.

Use the Don’t analyze if score is less than field at the bottom of the page to set a minimum score for analysis.

Use the Questions per page field at the bottom of the page to adjust the number of analyzed questions displayed per page.

If you have altered any of the analysis options at the bottom of the page, select Go to recalculate the information with the new parameters.
