FAQ list > How do I view the calendar?

 
The Calendar can be accessed from multiple locations within G-W Online.
Within a course, you can access your calendar through the Upcoming Events block.
Select Go to calendar.
Select Preferences in the upper-right corner to adjust your preferred calendar settings.
Select Save changes to apply any modifications.
Events are color coded based on type, as illustrated in the Events Key in the upper-right corner.
Global events are created by site administrators and are visible across the entire G-W Online site.
Course events are created by instructors and are viewable by everyone within the respective course.
Group events are created by instructors and are only viewable by the members of the associated group.
User events can be created by any user and are only visible to that person.
The Monthly View is displayed below the Events Key.
Select the name of a month to see the Detailed Month View.
Use the buttons below the calendar to hide events by type.
Select an event to view its details.
