Select a format to view a video.

Navigate to the course home page of the course you would like to submit a Tech Support Ticket for.

Select Submit Ticket from the right-hand column.

Enter a brief description of the Issue.

Use the HTML Editor to enter the description of the issue. Provide as many details as possible.

You may choose to attach a Screen Shot of the problem.

Select Submit.

You will receive a confirmation that your e-mail was sent.
