What do I do if I forget my username or password?

From the G-W Online home page, select the Lost Password button.

Enter either your Username or E-mail address. Entering both will not work.

Select OK.

An e-mail will be sent to you confirming that you have requested a new password.

Select the Web link included in the e-mail (or copy and paste it into your Web browser window).

Select Continue to proceed to the login page.

Check your e-mail to obtain your new temporary password.

Enter your new password and select Login.

Access your user profile to change your password. For more information, see How do I change my password?
