FAQ list > How do I create and use a Quickmail signature?

 
From within the course, locate the Quickmail block in the right-hand column.

Select Signatures.

Add a title to describe your signature. You will use this title to access your signature when composing an e-mail.

Use the text editor to compose your e-mail signature.

Select the Default box if you would like this signature to be your default Quickmail e-mail signature.

Select Save changes to save your new signature.

Your signature will now be available in the Signatures drop-down menu when composing an e-mail.

To access a signature for editing, select the signature from the drop-down list on the upper-left side of the page.

Make your edits and select Save changes.

If you would like to delete a signature, access the signature for editing. Then select Delete.
