The software applications listed above require Windows 95, 98, or NT 4.0 operating systems. However, there is a workaround that allows them to run on Windows XP and Vista.
Windows Vista Workaround:
1. Place CD in your CD-ROM drive.
2. Select the Start button.
3. Select Run and enter D:\Acr.EXE. (Note: The letter D represents your CD-ROM drive letter, usually D or E.)
Windows XP Workaround:
1. Place CD in the CD-ROM drive.
2. When the error message pops up, select Don't Send.
3. Locate the CD-ROM drive. Right-click on the drive and select Explore.
Right-click on Acr.exe and select Properties.
4. Select the Compatibility tab.
5. Select the Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 95 checkbox.
6. Select Apply, then OK.
7. Select the .exe file to launch the program.
