Windows:

1. Insert the CD into the CD-ROM drive of your computer.

2. Double-click on the My Computer icon on your desktop.

3. Right-click on the CD-ROM icon and select Explore to view the contents of the CD.

4. Double-click on a folder to view the files within it.

5. Find the file you would like to view and double-click on it to open the file.

Macintosh:

1. Insert the CD into the CD-ROM drive of your computer.

2. When the CD-ROM icon appears, double-click it to view the contents of the CD.

3. Double-click on a folder to view the files within it.

4. Find the file you would like to view and double-click on it to open the file.
