| - | Goodheart-Willcox products must be satisfactory in every way or they may be returned for replacement, credit or refund. All damaged, defective or incorrect items, prices, or quantities must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery.

All returns must be received within 12 months of invoice in new, saleable condition. Send prepaid to our Tinley Park address and enclose a copy of the original invoice in each carton returned. Customer is responsible for losses en route to us.
