The Culinary Professional and Coauthor Receive Awards

In February of this year, Christopher Koetke, dean of The School of Culinary Arts at Kendall College and coauthor of The Culinary Professional, received the Inaugural Award for Excellence in Culinary Education from the Foodservice Educators Network International (FENI). This award acknowledges Koetke’s achievements and leadership in foodservice education.
